SALES TAX
Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Wisconsin.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We don't accept returns or exchanges.  However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept cancellations.  Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of purchase. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

SHIPPING REGIONS
We only ship to the United States, including APO and U.S. post office boxes.

SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders ship via the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Shipments that encounter exceptions such as clearance delays or delivery exceptions due to incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers expense. Please contact us. If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged or delivered without contents, we will cover the replacement and shipping: no refunds will be granted.
